Casey Bell Senior Economic Analyst

Casey Bell conducts quantitative and qualitative research to model how specific energy efficiency policies affect the economy at the federal, state, and local levels; and examines best practice policies and market mechanisms that can be used to finance energy efficiency investments in the residential, commercial, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors. She joined ACEEE in 2011.

Prior to joining ACEEE, Casey worked at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors as a researcher in the Division of Consumer and Community Affairs, and most recently as an analyst in the Division of Reserve Bank Operations and Payment Systems.

Casey holds a Master of Arts in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University and Bachelors of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Muhlenberg College.
