As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the Client Services Director and the Service Delivery team in providing an outstanding client experience. The position will be based at the client’s corporate headquarters in Houston, TX, and will not have direct supervision from an Ecova Manager.
Role Description
As the Client Services Representative, you will establish and maintain a strong relationship with the client and Ecova’s internal departments. You will possess an awareness of Ecova’s full suite of solutions, in order to maintain proper escalation paths through internal departments with minimal guidance from a manager.
You will help support this client through issues such as; bankruptcy, rate changes, shut-offs, budget questions, late fees, service failures, funding reconciliations, third-party access requests, consumption variances, site open and close, and special process requests.
You will facilitate and follow through to completion, any modification requests to GL Files, data feeds and CET files. You will have the ability to answer internal questions from other departments/organizations regarding client information. Assist senior level Client Services Team with tracking/monitoring of scope deliverables and key performance indicators along with development/validation of periodic business review documents and service fee billings.
Role Competencies
• Ideal candidates will possess a BA or BS degree.
o Education can be substituted with experience, equivalent experience is a High School degree plus 3 years customer service experience
• General knowledge of the Energy or Resource Management Services industry
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency using Facility IQ & Performance IQ strongly desired but not required
• Must be able to excel in an independent work environment.
