ACEEE Summer Study on Energy Efficiency in Buildings

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Late Registration now in effect for 2002 Summer Study

Please bring this entire form with you in order to register at Asilomar. Any questions regarding Summer Study can be directed to 202-429-8873.

Registration and housing are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We urge you to register as soon as possible. In order to reserve your place, the registration fee must be PAID IN FULL. Full payment for housing and registration must be received by July 12, 2002.

Late Fee Policy

A $200 late fee will be charged if your payment is received after the July 12 deadline.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration refund requests due to cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by August 9, 2002. A $150 processing fee will be charged. Cancellation refunds will not be processed after the August 9 deadline. (We will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for registrants whose attendance was prohibited by a personal emergency. In no case will housing fees be refunded after the August 9 deadline.) Refunds will be paid by check or credit card chargebacks.
