Summer Study on Energy Efficiency in Buildings
REGISTRATION PROCESS
Registration Deadline: July 16, 2004
ACEEE is offering a variety of registration options for the 2004
Summer Study. Registration is available on a first-come, first-served
basis. In order to reserve your place, the registration fee must
be PAID IN FULL. See Registration
Form.
REGISTRATION OPTIONS
- Regular
Full-Week Registration: $775 available after June 16th until
July 16, 2004
- 2-Day
Registration: $575 available after June 16, 2004. Registrants
can attend the conference for any 2-day pattern they wish.
- 1-Day
Registration: $295.
New Housing Policy: 2- and
1-day registrants can also stay onsite.
LATE FEE POLICY
A $200 late fee will be charged if your payment is received after
the July 16th deadline (note: this applies to full week registrations
only).
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Registration refund requests due to cancellations must be submitted
in writing and received by August 6, 2004. A $150 processing fee
will be charged. Cancellation refunds will not be processed after
the August 6th deadline. (We will consider exceptions on a case-by-case
basis for registrants whose attendance was prohibited by a personal
emergency. Refunds will be paid by check or credit card chargebacks.
