Monday, August 18 The session will discuss what different states and utilities are doing in terms of energy efficiency and DSM program design and overarching state policy, as well as the amount of energy savings actually being achieved or contemplated in these states. It will cover recent developments in leading states including California, Vermont, and Connecticut.
