Going Deeper Still: A Program Design Charrette for 2015

Building on the roundtable session “Going Deeper” on Wednesday morning, where leading efficiency program managers describe how they are grappling with program designs to meet unprecedented savings targets, this session is a “real-world simulation” or design “charrette” that will challenge you to come up with program designs that will achieve ambitious targets while staying cost-effective. Participants will be given a set of goals, resource options, and assumptions; we will divide into teams, come up with program designs and quantified impacts, and report back to whole. May the best team win!
