Latest Developments on White Tags around the World, including developing an harmonised saving evaluation method

The session will give an overview of Latest Developments on White Tags around the World (both regulated and volunatry), including Europe, US and Australia. A discussion will take place on the pors and cons of this policy mechanism, in particular with regards to other utility efficiency programme regulatory frames (speding obligations, decoupling, etc.). The last part of the informal session is to discuss the start of an informal network of experts to consider developing an harmonised saving evaluation method that would allow international recognition of white tags and their possible trading.
