To meet the ever increasing need for savings, we need to go deeper with existing customers. Although behavior/ organizational change strategies don’t look like the “measures” that are the cornerstone of traditional industrial efficiency programs, some industrial energy management and O&M programs are being piloted now, and a few are already established. How can we support the broader design and deployment of these practices as part of traditional industrial efficiency programs? We will share lessons learned to date, successes and challenges, ideas and questions related to this topic.
