Housing Arrangements:

Information about accommodations at Asilomar was provided in the registration brochure. Housing arrangements at Asilomar must have been made directly with their reservations staff using the Asilomar Housing Form.

All rooms were assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Off-Site Fees:

If you registered for the conference and did not stay on‑site, you were asked to pay the $10/day off‑site fee.  As a California State Park, Asilomar requires us to collect this "usage fee" for any conference attendee not staying on grounds.  They require us to provide a list of all off‑ground attendees and then charge ACEEE $10/day for anyone staying off‑grounds.  Therefore, ACEEE needed to collect that fee from off-site attendees.  Although this is an item on the ACEEE registration form, it was not part of the ACEEE registration fee; this money does not go to ACEEE.
