Michigan State Energy Codes

Summary:

Michigan's residential and commercial energy codes are mandatory statewide. Residential buildings must comply with the 2003 IRC, with reference to the 2004 IECC supplement. Commercial buildings are required to comply with ASHRAE/IESNA 90.1-1999.
