Penni McLean-Conner is the Chief Customer Officer and Senior Vice President of Customer Group for Eversource Energy. She is responsible for providing Eversource Energy’s 3.5 million electric and gas customers with high quality customer service and delivering a cost-effective portfolio of electric and gas energy efficiency programs. Penni has over 25 years in the utility business and has authored two books, “Customer Service: Utility Style,” and “Energy Efficiency: Principles and Practices” which was published in early 2009. She holds a BS in industrial engineering from North Carolina State University and is a registered professional engineer. She is active in the industry and her community, serving on several boards such as the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy (ACEEE), Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnership (NEEP), and the Consortium of Energy Efficiency (CEE), among others.
