Senior Manager; Behavior, Health and Human Dimensions Program
Dan Farrell provides policy development support relating to ACEEE’s work at the nexus of energy efficiency, human health and behavior, and conducts quantitative and qualitative research. He joined ACEEE in 2023.
Prior to joining ACEEE, Dan worked at Virginia Energy (Virginia’s State Energy Office) and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), and most recently served as Associate Director of the Energy Efficiency Office at the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development
Dan holds a master of public administration with emphasis in environmental policy from the University of Washington, and a bachelor of arts in political economy and public policy from The Evergreen State College.
