Reid leverages his 23 years of financial leadership and strategic insight to execute on complex commercial & financial deals. His journey includes notable roles as VP of Finance & CFO at Johnson Control's Digital, Global Services & Sustainability business unit ($7 Billion), and closed over $35 Billion in Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures. Reid also worked in the transaction service group at PwC as a director; working on large restructurings, acquisitions & divestitures. Reid's extensive experience in M&A, restructurings, and private equity transactions has consistently driven growth.
Reid holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
