The Cape Light Compact's Senior Energy Efficiency Program Analyst ($78,482-$105,951) is responsible for providing professional, technical and administrative work supporting the Compact's small and medium business energy efficiency programs including:  providing technical assistance, calculating energy savings for small and medium sized businesses, and management of upstream lighting efforts.  Position is responsible for coordinating and reporting on these programs and oversight of consultant and delivery vendors.  Bachelor's Degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or a related field is required.  Five years of progressively responsible experience, two years administrative experience in the electric utility field preferred.  Knowledge of the Cape Light Compact and the role of municipal aggregators under the Massachusetts Restructuring Law.  The job description can be found at
