This paper summarize4s and updates the results of the 204-page ACEEE report on Lamp Efficiency Standards for Massachusetts. It also includes a section on the impact of the proposed standards on lighting design. The paper was presented at the Annual Meeting of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America.
