Describes the results of a national search and review of reliability-focused energy efficiency programs operated during 2001 (i.e., energy efficiency programs specifically designed, modified, or accelerated to help address electric system reliability concerns). The research findings are presented and 22 "case study" descriptions of specific programs are included in an appendix.
