America's Best: Profiles of America's Leading Energy Efficiency Programs

Over 60 programs were selected as a result of a national search to identify exemplary energy efficiency programs from across the U.S. and each is profiled in this report. The programs featured cover the full spectrum of customer and end-use technology categories. The profiles are brief summary descriptions of the programs and include information on program results and contacts. A summary analysis of the overall results is also included.
