Experience with over 70 industrial sector DSM programs is examined in this report, including the experience of more than 30 for which detailed data on program costs, savings and participation rates could be obtained. Particularly successful programs are identified and factors contributing to their success are discussed. Prepared for the U.S. Department of Energy.
