Max Neubauer, as a project manager for ACEEE’s SCERP program and a member of the State Analysis Team, has contributed to the annual State Energy Efficiency Scorecard as well as ACEEE’s Maryland and Virginia studies, and has acted as project manager for the Ohio, South Carolina, and Arkansas studies. He also provides technical, research and project management support to ACEEE’s sister organization, the Appliance Standards Awareness Project (ASAP). He joined ACEEE in 2007.

Max earned a Master of Arts in Economics from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Macalester College .
