Kevin Andrews provides research, analysis, and consultation to E Source clients on policy and program issues related to energy efficiency, demand-side management, and distributed generation. He works on policy and program issues focused on commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs with an interest in large-customer account management practices and communication strategies. Kevin earned a MS from the University of Colorado - Boulder while researching topics in climate and energy policy.
