Meegan Kelly , American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy

Meegan Kelly is a Senior Research Analyst for the Industry Program at the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE) in Washington, DC. She conducts research, in-depth analysis, and outreach on energy efficiency policies and programs impacting the industrial sector in the United States. Since joining ACEEE in 2014, Meegan has led the development of numerous reports and provided technical assistance to states related to industrial energy efficiency programs, combined heat and power systems, and environmental and air quality issues. Meegan holds a Master of Science in Energy Policy and Climate from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications with majors in Journalism and Philosophy from University of Miami.
