Paul Warila , Cascade Energy

Paul Warila has been involved in the design and implementation of industrial and commercial DSM programs and market transformation initiatives since 1992. He is program manager for the industrial/agricultural segment of PacifiCorp’s wattsmart Trade Ally Coordination program, managing a team to recruit and train trade allies, promote and market energy efficient savings opportunities for end-users, and process projects through completion and incentive payment. He was instrumental in the development of Streamlined Industrial Initiatives for Energy Trust of Oregon and Idaho Power, a streamlined approach to program delivery in the small industrial market segment. He was the founding manager of the small industrial component of the BPA Energy Smart Industrial Program, involving more than 90 public power utilities.
